About the Film

After Link and his younger half-brother escape their abusive father, they journey across Nova Scotia to find Link’s missing Native American mother. Along the way they meet a handsome, young Indian man who awakens emotions Link has long ignored. This is a lovely, heart-warming film with sincere, believable performances.
