Our Mission
Reel Q produces events and film screenings throughout the year, not only during our annual festival. It is our mission to increase the availability and accessibility of queer film in Pittsburgh and its surrounding region, highlighting the diverse experiences of our worldwide community. We look forward to seeing you at one of the upcoming events. If you’re feeling nostalgic, you can also check out our past events.

Papi Chulo
Thursday, October 3rd @ 7:30 pm
An Audience Award winner, Papi Chulo is about an unlikely friendship between a handsome gay TV weatherman (Matt Bomer) and a straight 50-year-old Mexican migrant (Alejandro Patiño). Despite the fact that neither can communicate well in the other’s language they make an entertaining, mismatched duo in a movie with a big heart.
