Openly gay Canadian comedian and actor Gavin Crawford is a delight playing a pre-operative transgender man who gets an unexpected request from his ex-girlfriend.
With her biological clock ticking louder and louder, Miriam (Naomi Snieckus) wants to have a baby using donated sperm that arrives in the mail. She decides to ask former lover Melanie (now named Adam) to provide a helping hand with her insemination plans. Unfortunately, their new intimacy leaves Adam confused about his burgeoning manhood, especially after an accident occurs in aiding Miriam that results in his pregnancy.
